After sleeping most of the day last Saturday, I then slept all night. I got up early Sunday to work on my radio features that I do for the Stardust format provided by ABC Radio Networks. I then met Dale and we packed to fly. Back in Dallas, I went from the airport straight to ABC Radio Networks to record my features. Only then did I finally get to see my family. On Monday, a day off and alone, I went to see the director's cut of Alien at the theater. Good to see it again, but the computer screen graphics sure look dated by today's standards. Even the computer screens themselves looked old-fashioned. Monday night, we watched the new DVD of "Finding Nemo". Great, great movie!

Today I did my expenses. Nearly five grand for the five days in San Diego. I had to give up more work in Galveston for the Robert Durst trial because Phyllis and I leave Thursday morning for the wedding of my son Chris. I'm really looking forward to it. Phyllis and I have never had a real honeymoon and this will be four days in paradise. Chris and Krisinda are getting married in St. Bartholomew's. We'll be there without the kids and we want it to be a special time for us as well. We plan to rent scooters and run wild on the island.
